Up all night
Up all night
Hitoka can’t close her eyes. It’s like the universe is conspiring against them, while also being extremely giving. Tobio is back in Japan, but when the next season comes around he won’t be the only one leaving. Rome. São Paulo. Should she arrange something in Tokyo, move to a Big City herself? Against her right side, Tobio stirs. On her left, Shouyou snores. Staring at their ceiling with wide eyes, Hitoka wonders. Where are they going to be, next month, next year, next decade? They haven’t even left yet and she already misses them. For tonight, she clings to them.
